Payments Policy

This page outlines the payment options we accept and the terms that apply when placing an order.


Accepted Payment Methods

You can choose from the following secure payment options:

Card Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Card transactions are encrypted and handled through a secure payment solution.
We use trusted payment providers that follow current security standards (PCI DSS).

We do not store your card details.


Klarna

When paying with Klarna, you may select between:

  • Pay now (by card or bank transfer)

  • Pay later / installment plan (monthly payments)

Payments through Klarna are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions.
A credit check may be performed if you select an installment plan.


Currency, Pricing, and Fees

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Please keep in mind:

  • VAT, customs duties, and other import-related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are outside our control and are paid by you, the customer, when the delivery arrives.

  • The final price including shipping is displayed at checkout before you complete your order, but customs or import fees are not included in that amount.


Payment Conditions

  • For card payments and Klarna “Pay Now,” the amount is charged when the purchase is made.

  • For Klarna installment payments, payment follows the payment plan approved by you at checkout.

  • If a Klarna payment is missed, reminder fees and late payment interest may apply according to Klarna’s terms.


Payment Security

All payment information is processed through an encrypted and secure connection.
We only work with payment providers that meet current security standards.
We never keep sensitive payment information such as card numbers or bank details in our systems.


Refunds

When a return or claim is approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the return or claim has been approved.

Please note that customs or import fees are not refunded by us.
