These Purchase Terms apply to every order placed with Evirelle / SH WebCom AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through this online shop.
By submitting an order, you accept these terms. They are intended to provide clear, fair guidance and comply with the consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

2. Orders and Approval

When you order through our website, you are offering to buy the products you selected.
An order confirmation is sent to your email after payment has been completed.
We may refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, stock inaccuracies, or other legitimate concerns.

If we are unable to complete your order, we will inform you quickly and provide a full refund.


3. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are shown in your local currency when available; otherwise, they appear in EUR or USD.

Prices do not include possible import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
Any such additional charges are set by your local customs authority and remain the customer’s responsibility.

We aim to keep pricing accurate, but we may correct errors whenever necessary.


4. Payment Conditions

We accept secure payment through:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

  • Klarna (where available – including Pay Now or Installments)

Payments are handled safely by trusted third-party providers using encrypted connections.
We do not store your payment details.

The full purchase amount is charged at checkout unless another arrangement is clearly stated, such as an approved installment plan.


5. Handling and Delivery

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and carrier).

  • Orders made after 3 PM on Fridays or during weekends are handled on the next business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues outside our control.


6. Returns and Refunds

We provide a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at evirellecompressionsocks@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your item.

  2. Send the item back within 14 days of your return request.

  3. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If a returned item shows use or damage, a partial refund may be applied.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at evirellecompressionsocks@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
If approved, we will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

We follow applicable consumer protection laws in your country for defective goods.


8. Customs, Import Fees, and Local Rules

For international orders, customs processes may differ based on your location.
You are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally imported into your country.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the customer upon delivery.


9. Responsibility and Warranty

We work to provide quality products and service. However:

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by events outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or natural events.

  • Our total responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

This limitation does not reduce your legal consumer rights in your country.

The version active when you complete your purchase applies to that order.
Current terms are always made available on our website.


11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where consumer protection laws in your country apply differently.
