Below you’ll find the details on how to return a product, cancel your purchase, and receive a refund.
Withdrawal Right (30 Days)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you—or someone acting on your behalf—received the product.
You may open the packaging and inspect the item only as much as required to understand its characteristics and function.
To use your withdrawal right:
Send us written notice by email within 30 days.
Send the item back within 14 days after telling us about the cancellation.
We advise returning the product in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the product’s condition during return shipping.
If the product has been handled beyond what is needed to check its function or characteristics, a deduction in value may be taken from the refund.
Returns
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
We’ll then let you know whether your return and refund have been approved.
If the return is approved:
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
It may take a few business days for the amount to show in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your refund has not arrived within a reasonable time:
Check your bank account.
Contact your card issuer or bank.
If the refund still has not arrived, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only provide exchanges for damaged or defective products.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping cost for a standard return.
If the product was defective on delivery and your claim is approved, we cover the return shipping.
Any applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
